Challenge: The Department of Public Health Web site consists of the main health department site and 15 sub-sites. The Information Systems Unit handled the administration of the main health department Web sites and all the sub-sites.When we were called in to consult, the Team Fusion site was corrupted and they had not published any updates in 2 months. They also wanted to divide the site into the sub-sites so that each department could manage and update their own site.

Action:

• Restructured main site into sub-sites
• Worked with staff on user friendly interface
• Helped employees establish consistency through sub-sites
